Console SSO Provisioning

• Partners using Ping, Okta, and Microsoft Entra can provision console users directly through their IAM systems, enabling login with company credentials, provided users are provisioned in both their SSO and the CLEAR dashboard.

Self-Service OAuth/OIDC

• Partner developers can independently create their own OAuth and OIDC projects, streamlining the integration process.

Optimized Consent Experience

• The consent screen now appears as a slide-up modal after the phone number lookup screen, ensuring phone numbers are collected upfront but only processed and stored after user consent –– which has led to increased completion and consent acceptance rates.

Partner-Specific IP Block List

• End users attempting to verify from a region blocked by a partner will be halted early in the verification process, eliminating redundant steps by ensuring blocked-region attempts do not register as failed verifications.

Branded Verification

• Partners can create projects with distinct names based on the structure of their organization, ensuring that end users see a recognizable name during the verification process (e.g., "[Partner Brand A] is verifying your identity through CLEAR") – providing a more trusted experience.

Intro Animation & Page Transitions

• Motion elements have been added to the verification process, including a brief CLEAR logo animation on entry and smooth transitions between screens for a more intuitive user flow.

Reusable Links & QR Codes

• Partners can generate reusable links and QR codes for easy sharing and testing. When a project is published to production or sandbox, a link or QR code is automatically created and accessible from the project page or builder, generating a single-use session upon access.

Integration with Okta

• This out-of-the-box integration allows Okta admins to create account management policies using CLEAR for biometric identity verification, adding an extra layer of security.

Integration with Epic MyChart

• Currently Under Construction in Epic Toolbox, CLEAR’s MyChart Integration enables patients to instantly verify their identity during account creation and recovery workflows. This integration is natively embedded within MyChart, allowing Epic customers to implement it effortlessly.
