VPN Insights in Device Checks
We’ve added external metadata to our consolidated “Device is Trustworthy” check, in order to improve visibility into failed verifications. Now, when a user fails due to being on a VPN, it will be listed as the reason for failure, so you can quickly diagnose issues and reduce unnecessary troubleshooting.
Epic Flow Improvements
We’ve improved the experience for patients using CLEAR to access MyChart by routing users to either account creation or recovery. For example, if a patient attempts to recover an account that doesn’t exist, they’ll now be redirected to account creation.
Expanded Biographic Matching for Okta
We’ve enhanced biographic matching for our integration with Okta by expanding the set of profile fields used to verify identity. In addition to first and last name, we now match against date of birth, phone number, and address. This increases match accuracy, especially for users with common names or slight name variations.
Biographic Match Configuration & Results
You can now configure biographic matching settings directly in the CLEAR console, simply by choosing which fields to match against, such as name, date of birth, phone number, and address. This update also surfaces match results for greater transparency and troubleshooting.
