Innovation and Transformation in Rural Health

With $50 billion in federal support through CMS’s Rural Health Transformation (RHT) program, states have a historic opportunity to modernize care delivery and digital infrastructure. Louisiana has already shown what this future can look like, becoming the first state to launch MyChart Central statewide and giving patients a single login and a unified medical record across all Epic-connected systems. This session explores how Louisiana brought this to life, how it reflects CMS’s broader vision, and what it means for the path forward.
