Member Portal
The redesigned CLEAR Member Portal (at my.clearme.com) gives users a central, secure place to view their personal information. CLEAR users can review their verification activity with all CLEAR partners, update key account details, and exercise full control over their data—including the ability to delete their account.
Project-Level Role-Based Access Control
Admin access in CLEAR1 can now be configured at the project level, ensuring that partner admins only see data relevant to their specific use cases within the Console. This update enhances data governance for partners managing multiple lines of business or brands.
New Screen for Duplicate Documents
When a user uploads a document that’s already associated with an existing CLEAR account, they’ll now see a guided screen that explains the next steps. The new interface prompts users to either scan another document, sign in with a different account, or contact support. This update enhances clarity while continuing to prevent fraud.
