We’ve refreshed the verification experience to include clearer guidance, more intuitive language, and a modern, more responsive design across both desktop and mobile. These updates help users navigate verification with greater clarity and confidence.
Updated CLEAR1 Console
For customers who have transitioned to the new identity framework, the CLEAR1 Console now makes it easier to understand how projects align to Vertix or Apix and the assurance level associated with each (i.e., IAL2). Updated visual cues provide clearer context around the checks that support each framework, helping teams understand their configuration at a glance.
Enhanced Phone Identity Signals
We’re evolving our Phone Number Validation check capabilities to stay ahead of changing fraud tactics. Enhanced validation criteria and security signals will help identify potentially fraudulent activity while minimizing friction for legitimate users. Customers will also gain clearer insight into verification results as a part of this update.
