Epic Flow Improvements
We’ve optimized the experience for patients using CLEAR1 to access MyChart by dynamically routing users to either account creation or recovery. For example, if a patient attempts to recover an account that doesn’t exist, they’ll now be redirected to account creation. For those who already have a MyChart account, they will be directed to recover that account. Additionally, partners will have access to the new account recovery API supplied by Epic.
